Professional Hand Built Website or Blog – Starting at $650 + $25/month

One simple, affordable flat rate for complete customized setup of a professional, modern, full-featured website and/or blog. Includes hosting, updates, backups, spam protection, top rated widgets and plug-ins, unlimited email accounts, support, training, and admin access to our easy to use content management dashboard.

Why flat rate? We didn’t like how hard the traditional “quote and build” model made it for customers to decide if they could afford the website they want. Often, the process would run over the quote and the customer would be stuck with a bill they hadn’t anticipated. We wanted to make it faster, cheaper and less risky for the client and so we created the flat rate model. Of course, if you want more bells and whistles than are provided for the flat rate, we will be happy to make you a small, friendly quote thing by thing to add to your flat rate setup.

Site Setup  – Your site setup will include:

Pre-loading up to 20 pages of your content (text, images, video, etc.) and setup a navigation system (menu of links) in your chosen style for your visitors to access your site’s pages. You will be able to add, remove, or edit any of your pages whenever you want once you complete your easy content management training.

Configuring your homepage meta data (the stuff the search engines read) to reflect the keywords and description that you want Google and other search engines to index and display for your site.

Setup of email accounts and installing forwarding or providing instructions for accessing emails through your email program (Outlook, etc.) or a web program.

Built in extra functionality, for example: audio player, fancy image loading, email subscriptions, contact form, Twitter widget, Facebook buttons, etc.

Site Design – Get Creative! We will provide your canvas. You choose:

Full width or page style frame work. Side bar? Would you like it on the left or right or both? Edit your background color (perhaps you want a background image?) and font sizes and colors. Choose your header, display left or center? Will your site’s navigation menu go at the top or on the left?

Your personal Website Consultant will help you design your site with the help of our custom site design workbook. In 7-10 days of providing us will all the information and pictures you want on your site, we will have a full version ready for your approval before it goes live at your domain name.
